THE SOUVENIR BROCHURE
The Souvenir Brochure was sold for tuppence at the opening of the theatre and contained an essay written especially for it by the designer, Theodore Komisarjevsky. The Brochure consists of a series of pictures of the theatre, which show-off its designer to great effect. Perhaps there are readers who would have preferred to see these pictures in colour, but being someone who prefers black & white, I find them to be an excellent record and remainder of one of the most spectacular theatres built in the U.K.
